Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time 处理时间

Orders for non-customized products are processed within 1–3 business days.
非客订产品订单将在 1–3 个工作日内处理完毕并发出。

2. Shipping Areas 配送范围

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
我们目前支持配送至 美国和加拿大。

For remote or special delivery areas, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the shipping details and additional fees on a case-by-case basis.

3. Shipping Fee 运费说明

  • Free shipping on orders over $99.
    订单满 $99 免运费(美国适用)

  • Orders under $99:

    • United States: Flat rate $6.99

    • Canada: Flat rate $12.99

4. Delivery Time 配送时效(预估)

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days
    We will send you a tracking number via email after your order is shipped.
    发货后您将收到包含物流追踪号的邮件。

5. Shipping Issues 物流问题

Please ensure the shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses.
请务必填写正确的收货地址。如因地址错误导致包裹延误或丢失,我们将无法承担责任。

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Acceptable Returns 可接受退换的情形
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
